HELLO DEARS!
I'd just like to repeat what I've said during Wednesday's board meeting and to make instructions more clear incase any of you didn't catch me.

TO ALL THOSE CHECKING CLASSES
When you go down the row to check class, please do a thorough check from head to toe! This includes
-HAIR COLOUR,
-FRINGE,
-NOSE/MOUTH/EAR STUDS,
-NECKLACES,
-NAME TAG,
-HYMNBOOK,
-SCHOOL BADGE,
-SHORT SKIRT,
-DISAPPEARING SOCKS,
-FRIENDSHIP BANDS

I've seen many of you just fleeting pass the class without even checking! And, may I ask, what is the acceptable length of skirt for the students? It's knee length! Knee length means covering half the knee, not above. So, PLEASE PLEASE tell them to unroll it. Even if they're your seniors, DO NOT BE AFRAID! If you dont correct them, they'd think that it's acceptable.

Also, after you correct them, please mark it down on the class lists. Even if they've unrolled their skirts and pulled up their socks, you still got to mark it down. When their are being booked for the 3rd time, write their names down on a fresh piece of paper and hand it over to their form teachers. Just think about it, wouldn't it be tiring for you prefects to keep correcting their attire everyday? Wouldn't you get sick and tired of it if it's always the same student giving the same problem?

CLASS CHECKING REGISTERS I/Cs
We've bought brand new files to file all the class lists! It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that all the files are in PERFECT condition. Please!I don't want to see it falling apart in a few days!

Anyway, if you're unsure of your duty, You're to COLLECT THE REGISTERS from the prefect's drawer in the morning before 7.10AM and bring it to the meeting area (behind festival court/trophy area). Give it out to those checking classes and collect it back after assembly. Please put it back into the drawer too! OH YES, you can take the responsibility of punching holes and filing the papers in or get the prefects to help you. It'll be great if you guys invest in a hole puncher yeah?

---

Also, i just want to reinterate this. YOU ALL ARE PREFECTS. YOU SHOULD KNOW WHATS RIGHT AND WHATS WRONG. YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT YOUR ATTIRE SHOULD BE LIKE. It doesnt mean that council doesnt say anything means that we're not watching. So please..like what Ms Martens always says, do the right thing!

I've absolute faith in all of you and I hope that we can bring the reputation of the PREFECTORIAL BOARD up! I believe that we all can do this if we work together! If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us at our e-mail or just sms us!

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND AHEAD! See you all on Monday! (:
