Hey Guys,

sorry this post came in a little late, all of us have been kinda busy lately. haha! anyway, just a little update.

Prefectorial board meetings will be held every ALTERNATE week at 8am. location will be comfirmed with you guys during the week itself.
another thing,
SHENYANG TWINNING PROGRAM.
prefects will all have to be down in the morning to help with final set ups such as pumping the balloons (loads of manpower needed there!) , final set ups to the chairs and the deco for the stage[this will be done by the prefects who were around on friday afternoon]
reporting time: 6.10AM SHARP.
briefing will be done at 6.15am by ms thana.
yes, i know the timing is kinda early, so sleep early tonight!
